1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the entreprendre.blog website and the AI pre-incubation platform operated by Entreprendre.Blog.

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not agree to all or part of these Terms, they must refrain from using the Site.

2. Publisher

The Site is published by Entreprendre.Blog, an AI pre-incubation platform for French-speaking entrepreneurs.

3. Services

The Platform offers, via AI agents, strategic analysis of entrepreneurial projects and the generation of 6 deliverables: Business Model Canvas, Persona, Market Study, Business Plan, Pitch Deck, 30/60/90 Plan.

Plans: Free (1 file, HTML only), Essential (€69, 3 files, PDF), Standard (€89, 5 files, funding, radar, Leila), Expert (€179, 10 files, priority).

Outputs are generated by AI (Claude Sonnet via LiteLLM) from User-provided data. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited. Prices include VAT.

Payment is due in full upfront and unlocks the chosen plan for the indicated validity period (6/12/24 months). No automatic renewal.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution begins with the express prior consent of the consumer. The User waives this right as soon as deliverable generation starts.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform's source code, agent prompts and deliverable templates remain the property of Entreprendre.Blog.

Outputs generated from User data (deliverables, BMC, Pitch Deck, etc.) belong to the User, who may use them freely for personal or commercial purposes.

8. Liability

Entreprendre.Blog uses reasonable means to ensure availability and quality. However, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Entreprendre.Blog is not liable for decisions made by the User based on the deliverables, nor for the commercial outcome of the User's project.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts, subject to mandatory contrary provisions.
